Feel easy to be a boss

A friend of mine is doing store business, there are 9 clerks in his store. He dedicates his life to his own career. He spends all his time in the store, works together with his employees, and seldom leaves the shop. He is so busy that he doesn’t even have time for tea with me.    Recently I find he travels a lot, he often posts his photos on Facebook and seems very happy. I can’t stop wondering, what happened to this “workaholic and prudent boss”? Why is he so free? How does he deal with his business while traveling? I decide to ask him directly. He keeps showing off at first, then he tells me he installs an employee monitoring software called “iMonitor EAM” on all the computers in his store. He tells me that he can monitor his clerks’ computer activities wherever he is, such as employee attendance, chatting, watching videos, doing private jobs during working hours. Even though he is not in the store, he knows what’s going on in it. He tells me that he felt really tired about being a boss. But now he hires another man to take care of the business, at the same time, he earns a lot of free time for himself.
