Employee Email monitoring?

 Today I saw a blog about employee email monitoring. A man called Mike manages an office for a big company. The employees in his office often waste their time on personal business at work and Mike is quite worried about it. He wants to improve this kind of situation and get the employees busy with their work. He tried several ways, such as holding a meeting, discussing what employees should and shouldn't do during work time, etc. But all the methods didn't work. Mike doesn't know what to do. He wants his employees to work while they're paid. He even visited the Government of Canada website, but he was very frustrated to find Canada has no laws to stop this.
    In the end, Mike decides to install some email monitoring software which allows him to read all the emails  that his employees send. Even they delete the mails, Mike can still check it. He believes in this way, he could catch the employee sending personal emails, then he'll speak to them and have them stop doing this. 

   He posted his problems hoping to get some help. Then he was told to install a computer monitoring software called "iMonitor EAM". With this software, he is able to track every computer & internet activity, realize remote desktop viewer & remote control, most of all, filter unwanted websites and APPs to keep employees on track. I believe Mike will be much happier in the future.
